Dear Sir/Madam,
on 28-01 i had received one phone call from Indian Health Organization about of health policy by phone by 011-49728800.
I had been told about the policy terms, discount etc. I had been told that they will provide me free facility for first forty days and after that they will call me to know my feedback. Based upon my feedback they will further process it and will ask for the payment.
I had been told to tell them my credit card details.
On the same day after some time i had received another phone call from them to know my personal details such as date of birth, phone no. etc.
After five minutes, i got a message from my credit card bank that Rs. 4, 400/- had been debited to my credit card and the same payment had been made to Indian health organization.
Mentioned hereunder is the transaction details:

on the same day i have spoken to the executive of Indian health organization and described the whole case. i have been told that my money would be refunded to me and all this had happened by chance.
Now it's almost four months and whenever i talk to them they will say the same thing.
Please help me out to get my money back.
