dear sir,

i want to know how a person take more than 50LACS in GIFT from america relative and there is no action aganinst him he take more than 50lac black money transaction in name of her mother KANAK LATA CHOKSE who is retired from SBI bank akodia-shujalpur she will take gift from her sister more than 50 lac to crores in gift form than after year tranfer name of his son DIGVIJAY CHOKSE AKODIA MANDI. i am not able to understand THE INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT OF SHAJAPUR IS SLEPPING???
