INB Pay TM Mobile Solutions
Payment deducted but informed Bank denied

I paid Rs 500.00 for recharging my Reliance GSM Mobile No. 9863120815. After completion of all the process for payment and the amount has been deducted from my account under Ref. No. 1964986IG56733520 TRANSFER TO 31162743009 STATE BANK OF INDIA 0 the Pay TM informed me that 'SORRY, TRANSACTION DECLINED TPPGE189. If the Bank declined then how the amount had been debited from my account and transferred to their account. Kindlyu look into the matter and INB Pay TM shall be asked to behave properly.
