IT Refund is returned due to incorrect address

For the assessment year 10, I have to receive Income Tax refund.

For the same cheque was dispatched and due to incorrect address it was returned.

Following is the Refund status:

Refund cheque returned undelivered by the postal department as address provided by you is incorrect

Date: Oct 26

Can you please help me to provide my correct address to the IT department and re-initiate the Refund cheque dispatch.
