Unwanted deduction of money from refund from 2011 return

Dear Sir

I Dr Mrs Surekha Sachar with PAN No ACMPS7248E HAD FILED RETURN For assessment year 2011 and a refund of Rs 152075 was due. But I received refund of Rs 104810.00 vide cheque no 454515 of SBI Mumbai for assessment year 2011

On telephone enquiry from your office I was told of outstanding demand against me

A demand of Rs47020 was sent to me for the assessment year2009 due to mis match TDS certificate issued by BANKS

it was rectified by the Honourable Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax Range 111 jALANDHAR on line and a fresh demand of Rs790 was sent to me wide Order no 115-OP Dated 07052010 FOR the assessment year 2009

the AMOUNT OF Rs790 was deposited by e payment on 13.05.2010 through Axis Bank

The facts can be verified from Jalandhar office

Please issue the balance of my refund at the earliest so that I should not suffer
