IT HAS BEEN A REGULAR PRACTICE OF THE SAID DEPARTMENT TO DELAY THE ISSUE OF REFUND FOR YEARS AND WHEN THE REFUND IS ISSUED ALSO THEY DELAY IN SENDING BANK ADVISE TO THE STATE BANK BY 20-25 DAYS WHICH RESULTS IN DISHONOUR OF GOVERNMENT CHEQUES.

THE INVESTIGATING AGENCY SHOULD VISIT THE OFFICE AND CHECK THE UNFAIR PRACTICE OF BRIBES BY THE DEPARTMENT STAFFS FOR ISSUE OF REFUND VOUCHERS.
