IT RETURN FILE ON TIME, BUT NOT RECEIVED THE RETURN ON TIME

Hi,

I am Jyoti Agrawal. My PAN number is AHGPA5306G . As well said by govt. that file the IT return on time, I am always doing that. But in return I haven't received my IT Refund for the Financial Year's 2007 and 2009 on time. I am following up with it filling consultant, but even then nothing is happening. This is very painful to follow up, while taking tax govt is taking on time, but while returning refund amount we are being harassed. Can you please check the latest status and let me know, where the process got struck, and help me to get back my money ASAP, I will be very much obliged if I will receive an immediate response.
