Non processing of ITR-09

Dear Sir,

I had submitted my ITR for FY 09 to GHQ, ITO, Pune on 04 Sep 2009 vide Registered letter bearing RL No 1313g dt 04 Sep 2009. As on date neither refund due amounting to Rs 7390/- has been refunded nor acknowledgement received so far. Kindly process the ITR at the earliest.
