Sir, i, with pan no aaupr8663e, have submitted itr for ay wherein 2 refunds were processed valuing rs.60, 000 .one of rs.38, 000 & other of rs.22, 000

one refund of rs.38000 is still not recieved, the site is quoting that it got returned without delivery because of improper address.

then, i processed for change in address with my assessing officer.then i got the refund close to rs.22, 000 which got encashed.

my problem, is that i am still waiting for refund which was processed earlier.
