Dear Sir,

With reference to the captioned subject matter, I have to state that I have filed my Income Tax Returns for the aforesaid Assessment Years in your Ward claiming Income Tax Refund of Rs.21241/- for AY.05, Rs.24459/-for AY.06 & Rs.25851/- for AY.07 respectively. But so far I have not received the same. The Details of my submission are as follows:
