Extra charges on account of mandatory purchase of gas stove with new gas connection was taken from me by Hindon Gas Agency Nehru Nagr Ghaziabad whereas i have already have a gas stove with me. I had insist not to purchase an additional gas stove but the gas agency people told me that it is mandatory to purchase a gas stove with every new connection. Later on i came to know as per IOC (Indane) Guidelines that was not mandatory. Still i am having that new gas stove in unused condition with me and waiting some honest response from the company's side.
