On 22/01 I had telephoned Sheela Agency to report a complaint (suspected gas leakage)
and wanted someone to come to the house and check what the problem was.
Without listening to the complaint the employee assumed that I was booking a gas cylinder and hung up.
On 27/01 a delivery boy came to the house while I was not present.
He then took back an unopened, full cylinder and replaced it with a new cylinder that he brought and charged for the same.
