i beg to say that i live in shuklaganj unnao (u.p) in my area shuklaganj gas service has get Rs.311.00

for refill while i take refill from his godown and i think according to government rule the value of refill at godown is Rs.303.00 approx. and Rs.311.00 is the value of home dilevery.
