My sister resided at Delhi since last 4 years, & she return back at kolkata at Sonarpur.
At Delhi she had gas connection with Indane, after she surrender all her documents at Sonarpur Gas Agency (north 24 pgs) they take full money
from her to give that connection at kolkata but 10days passed they returned her every day saying that next day.
I request you that your intervention is required against this matter to solve.
