Not received payment

My name rameshbhai shakarabhai patel.demate number are :1204200000011412 cdsl-indiaadvantage sec. In my pull account i have 10 rpl shares.but after merger of rpl &ril i have not received such payment in my leager.i also tell indiaadvantage securities for this matter 10 times & from 6 month but company not any reply to me.so sir you look in to the matter and do needfull as earlier as possible.
