Dear Sir / Madam,
I have received calls from 911409580049/45 on 10 /11 and the caller said me that he is calling directly from Credit Card Offer department regarding issuance of free HDFC Credit Card. I already have a new HDFC credit card. Since the representative told me that the new card has facility of up to 20% discounts on purchases made thro' the card (Gold Card) in any of the shops. The caller also conveyed that I am entitled to vouchers with domestic and international travel and stay. The caller told me to obtain the OTP no and put me on the IVRS system to register the card. On doing the same I have received sms from “LM-HDFCBK saying that Thank you for using your HDFC bank Credit card ending 5312 for Rs.5509.00 in NAVI MUMBAI at INDIABIZLINE SOLUTIONS on 11-10” when the said amount was not discussed and the representative said that your transaction ID is 086934.
And the call has been transferred to his superior and he said the discussed offer and gifts will be dispatched to my given address within 15 days and receive it by showing Photo ID.
Really I believed lot but after 15 days also I didn’t received anything from them and no further information.
Since I am using credit card first time in my life, I didn’t aware of IVRS frauds and I am very poor family and purely depend on my salary only. Now Rs.5509/- has been debited in my Credit Card Account.
So, I request you to please help me to getting the refund of my money and advice me is there any possibilities to misuse my credit card because of the Fraud IVRS transaction.
KINDLY HELP ME IN GETTING THE REFUND OF MY MONEY. ALSO LET ME KNOW HOW TO GET THESE CHEATERS PUNISHED.
