Dear Sir,
Someone has posted a false complaint against my company CosmoQuest Infocreations in the website http://www.india-complaints.com/Company/cosmoquest-infocreations
as per their guidelines i challenged the person who had posted complaints to proof it but its been more than 2 months and the person has not posted anything.
i contacted the site admin they said they will follow up with the author and will remove the post if the author cant provide evidence.
NOW FOR THE SAME THEY ARE ASKING ME TO PAY USD 200 THROUGH PAYPAL WHICH IS NOT JUSTIFIED.
HOW CAN THEY ALLOW ANYONE TO POST GARBAGE ABOUT A COMPANY AND THEN ASK THE COMPANY TO PAY TO REMOVE IT.
This is one form of blackmailing i feel. And strongly oppose it.
This is shere misuse of web medium to get money from people who are giving their blood and sweat for business and websites like this are misusung their website to allow people to file complaints against companies and asking money from them to remove it.
