Unexplained debits from account

In my citibank online statement i just noticed that particular amount is being educted every month and the merchant is India Ideas. The strange thing is I have never applied for any services on this site. And to add to the confusion there are no other details mentioned. India Ideas might not be bogus as they claim but the way they function leaves a lot to be answered.

I request soemone form India Ideas to please explain this to me!
