NO proper response for faulty card

I, T. Rajesh Kanna holds an account in Indian Bank, Chromepet Radhanagar Branch. I applied for an ATM card and i got it. The card is not working till now and i have filed a complaint against it. ten days has passed till now no steps have been taken. I have to travel 20km every week leaving all my work to inquire about this matter and they are not taling proper steps..
