ATM card lost & Applied for pending 3 weeks & above

Dear Sir,

I am a account holder of Indian Bank for about two and half years now. Recently i lost my ATM card and blocked the same. I had also applied for a fresh ATM card about 3 weeks ago. I have been regularly visiting the Nandanam Branch of Indian Bank requesting to issue me fresh card. But it looks that they dont have any kind of proper set-up to make arrangements and handle these type of situation. I have been given absolutely irresponsible answers such as "We dont know Sir; We have forwarded your application",

"We have outsourced it and hence we cannot help" etc. I would humbly request you to help me with this. Just because it is a nationalised bank these kind of reckless and irresponsible behaviour cannot be tolerated by consumers. They have now asked me to revisit the branch on the 18th of January.
