Dear Sir/Madam,

MY MOTHER IS HAVING THE ACCOUNT IN HARBOUR BRANCH, CHENNAI.

TODAY I WENT TO PRINT THE BALANCE IN HER PASSBOOK IN RAJA STREET BRANCH, COIMBATORE.THE CONCERN PERSON IS NOT READY TO DO SO AND HE IS ADVISING ME TO GO TO THE HOME BRANCH.

I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF BANK CENTRALISATION.

WHETHER IT IS POSSIBLE TO PRINT THE BALANCE ANYWHERE .
