Online payment failure

I processed for a railway online booking on 20/4, initially every thing went right but in the final step I pressed on 'pay' as asked, and immediately I got the failure message and vanishesd within a second. An amount of Rs.454 Rs.10 bank charges collected from my bank account. Please let me know how to get my money back
