Sir/Madam,
Whilst applying for the SBI Credit Card I was assured that there would not be any annual fee charges or any charges towards renewal of my card any time. However, I have been charged an annual fee of Rs. 750.00 and an amount of Rs.79.31 towards Total GST Debit for current Stmt which is not understood. I therefore request your kindself to look into the same and do the needful at the earliest. We appreciate the good services given by SBI Cards. I would like to inform you that if there is such a charge/annual fee to be paid towards the Credit Card, I would be happy to cancel the card and send the same to you. Further, the bank should understand that if the customer is not informed about the sudden charges thrust upon him/her that would cause severe problems whilst payment. I would appreciate if you could respond to my complaint and assist me in the proper way. An early action would be highly appreciated.
