Complaint for public interest

public of India are not maintaining our currency notes, different people are writing on note, sign on notes, play with notes, put rubber stamp on notes,

RBI of govt of India should band on writing on notes, so that note should be clean, thus this is the pride of Indian and all bank and public should not write or do any thing with Indian notes.
