Refund not received

False Commitments by Company. I have given the cheque to comapny in last week of august. When there was no response then i start followup form 20th Sept. But in mean time i asked for product clarification then found too many flase statement. I informed company. Without getting any repsonse form company i put the cancellation request on 21st Sept and til now i'm doing teh follwoup but not getting proper response form company. I have track record of all the followup mails send to company. Below is the matter of second mail send to 21st September. If you want i can give you all the mails also.

"The information providing by Executive is not accurate as per information provided on your website. I found lot of difference in commitments and your points on the website. Fisrt point about vouchers, Acc. to your executive all the vouchers are free, but acc. to your website its 50% discout. Second point, he told me doctor will make my 2 free home visits. But website says i have to go to doctors. Lot of things are there. Initially i was asked to executive that please give me brouchers on mail before signing the policy then he told its refundable if i found something is not right then i can refund my money. One more point he told me i will got 25% discounts on every medicine purchase. But there is no information about it. I found lot of mis communications, So, please take my serious request and refund my 100% amount"

Please help me to get my refund back and let me know if i can put any harashment case of company.
