A letter containing valued documents time bound too is posted at priest university

thanjavur to chennai avadi is not yet recived

the wrongly made pin code is 600064

the correct pin code must be 600062

any way i inquired at chitalapakkam i.e 64 code post office, they said it would have resend to head office,

i could not find .where to approach,

i reminded the sender he told me that if it it is returned to us he may call or send to the correct place.can i get the correct information from postal dept pl.
