Sms not sent, money deducted

Hi

I had to send very important smses. I had an account in indyarocks.com (goldsms). The money was deducted from the account but not a single message sent. It was for local elections which is going to held tomorrow.

This glitch in system has been very disaster for our campaign. Must take some action. You cant just imagine, how bad this is for our campaign and we are going to loose many votes just because of your carelessness. I want you to look into the matter as urgent as possible.
