I had taken a Home loan from INGVYSYA, Bangalore. After submitting the all original documents, I'm hue and crying for original list of documents letter from INGVYSYA Bank. I never seen such stupid, ideatic, careless staff, managers, head of dept and directors in my 20 years banking career. They are running with stupid, ideatic, careless staff, managers & heads with stupid computer with stupid softwares, they don't keep the track of process and communication... INGVYSYA is dukan not a bank.
IF I don't see any response from INGVYSYA Bank. I decided to escalate borad of directors of INGVYSYA and RBI Redressell. If RBI & INGVYSYA directors sleeps, I'm going to screw RBI REdressell and INGVYSYA Bank by going legal... and sending stop payment my bank.
