MEMBER SHIP CERTIFICATE NO. 81667 DT, 06/03

Dear Sir,

I have taken the vehicle insurance policy on the above said date from road safety club chennai for Rs.3000/- on 8 years validity. As on date i have no claims, therefore I am liable to get back the policy amount as per the agreement.

The policy was brokerage by Sriram Chits pvt ltd.

Now either of them is not responding for returning of my amount. kindly register my complaint and help me to get my money back.
