Dear Sirs,

I have an A/c no. 05800100005962 with your Bhaudaji Rd Br., Matunga (CR), Mumbai-400 019, from where I recd USER ID & Password for Internet Banking.

Regret to state that I am unable to login on 'bobibanking.com' with the USER ID, as it says 'INVALID USER ID'.

My Customer ID is : 001298201

PLS RECTIFY & ACTIVATE, & OBLIGE.
