Non acceptance of registration of my account in net banking

I am not able to register my account with net banking in I.O.B. The result shows problem in the internal sever. I am trying for the past two days the same result is shown. Deficiency of service, due to mismanagement. The bank should be appropriately imposed due fine in this regard.
