Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Anusha Negi employee number C04813, I have worked with i-process from 01/03 to 03/11. I have been co-ordinating since November for settlement of my provident fund with I-process Delhi branch. I have talked to Mr. Sandeep on 011-42002269 and 011-42002299, in my first call he gave me an email id of [email protected]. I got few responses from them and I couriered them my NoC, resignation letter and my ID card in original (Whatever they asked for). Now they have stopped responding when i asked about the status and I think nobody is really bothered to answer the mails. Everything was said and done from my side and after talking to Mr Sandeep, I couriered all the PF forms to the Delhi office which was received on 30th December (which he was unable to locate till i arranged delivery report from the courier office). Finally he found it when it was told to him that it has been received in your office, may be my documents went under his pile of files of pending cases. Now when I called Mr. Sandeep about filing of my PF forms, he has come up with a new update for me that my relieving letter has not been issued yet, which i suppose i-process HR department is supposed to send me. They are even not able to tell me what is pending from my side (if that is the case). Now these people are not guiding me whom to contact for completion of all the formalities and I have been making STD calls. Now I want to finally get my own money without spending more on STD calls.
Please give this responsibility to some authorised and knowledgable person who can solve my problem in one go.
