Final Settlement amount not received

I have left the Job by 4months. Submitted all the resignation paper & taken received copy by them. But the Iprocess Staff didnt aware about the New Updated NOC Documents. As per the Co. Policy Employee should get the Final Settlement in 45 Days. But over here the Iprocess an Associate of Icici Bank. They have taken this case for 4months. As the Reporting Manager has Submitted to Iprocess the New NOC Format. But till yet we are facing the problem with Iprocess regarding the Final Settlement.
