Dear Sir/Madam,

I have filled my PF withdrawal Form 2 years before & after 1 yr, I came to know it was rejected from the EPF Dept Mumbai, because of Father name mismatch. And I process Delhi people dont know where the rejected form has gone. So, now again I am filling the PF Form & waiting for the response.
