Respected Sir/Madam,
I Vikas Garg from Ludhiana (Punjab). I was working with ICICI Bank Ltd. through i-Process Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. as team leader in Auto loan collection department. My Emp Code was C20006 and my PF account number is MH/47808/17926. I joined in Aug.08 and resigned In Jan, 09. I sent my duly filled PF withdraw forms in month of Oct, 09 on their delhi adress given by them on mail. But after so many reminders on mail they are not giving any response about my refund. Nobody response on phone also. Your intervention is required to resolve this issue.
