I worked with I Process India Ltd at Udaipur in ICICI home Finance co. Ltd as a sr. Associate, i had resigned on 30 November and i had completed my resignation formalities on the same day. I received my PF papers attested from i-process in the first week of june. My Pf Number is MH/47808/3705 and my name is Rajesh Kumar sen & EMp No. Is C03800
I forwarded all the papers to the PF Department, Kandivali Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Plot no: 222, sector no:3, Charkop Market, Charkop Poisar Road, Kandivali (West) Mumbai-400 457 on June through The Kamdhenu Courier (POD-195653887) The courier had been delivered on June (Checked with Courier Service).
For Pf formalities i am regurlar contact with Mr. Rajeev & he is sitting at jaipur office, His mobile no is 99297700019 but Presently switched off.
In Dated 24.04.09 I have received letter From PF department subject-final /Part settelment of Pf accunulation & nwithdrawl benifit against P.F A/c no-Mh/47808/3705, Mention Cheque details & Cheque no Is 986374 Dated-06/03 Rs 19426 & Chque no-157847 Amount Rs 9618. but Till date i am not received this Payment in my Bank A/c & also confirm from ICICI Bank in Madhuban Branch in Cheque clearing Department.
I am contact to PF department Mumbai Mr. K- Chakrawani (His mobile no is 0932433906) he says that Xerox Copy of Letter received from PF department & Application regarding non receiving of PF Amount would by Certified by I-Process services Pvt Ltd Co Office & after certified this Copy send to mumbai PF office i would release Your PF amount. For this Problem i am contact to Mr. Rajeev but his mobile is switched off, no other Contact number available.
Please give me Your addressess where I can Forwarded my Application For attestation, then after attestation I am Forwarded my application to PF department. Please provide me Office addressess of I-Process Pvt Ltd where I can Send my Application For attestaion & also Give me a contact number of responsible Person i-process pvt Ltd company. I tried to get some help from i-Process. The same happened there also.
