I Rajesh Chouhan an Ex-Employee of your I PROCESS SERVICESS PVT LTD, Employee Code C-21621&&- as Sr. Associates SEG Process in Unsecured Credit product in ICICI BANK LTD, Location Indore resigned from service as on th feb.
I have submitted all relevant documents including PF withdrawl form for full n final settlement of accounts accordingly soon after releaving from service, but i regret to inform you that i have not received any communication either for final settlement nor PF Refund.
Sir, I Humbly request You to Kindly look into this matter and please do the needfull at an early date and inform me accordingly.
