Efund of ticket amount

Ticket was booked by me vide tanssaction ID 0272125057 & PNR no. 2542079274 from magadh Express (NDLS- ALJN) due to communication problem as shown the amount devitede in account for Rs.300/- however later on the amount created to my account was only Rs.209/- threfore balance amount must be refunded because of IRCTC web.
