Issue with ICICI Bank Online Fund Transfe

I had made an online transfer of Rs.50000/- to Andhra bank SB Account on 07-Apr.

On ICICI website the transfer is shown successful and a debit entry is also made on ICICI Account.

However there is no credit of the same amount on Andhra Bank SB Account as of 08-Apr.

On enquiry with Andhra Bank, the staff has informed that no such transaction has

been taken place and asked us to contact ICICI Bank.

I am totally disappointed with this type of services of ICICI Bank.

At first When I contacted Customer Care they responded and said it took 24hours to transfer the amount.

But the Beneficiary Account has not been credited yet. After registered complaint, they now

saying it took 3 days to process my request.

I am sure that i will now experience these banks blaming the other for this deficiency in service

and in turn we will be running from one bank to another to get this rectified.
