Efund is pending for 3 months

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you as No any PNR status shown when train was getting departure from the station As I had booked my reservation & that was waiting that time but when I reached at the station still its status was not cleared, Then I confirmed through my mobile on 139 of railway care after then I was said to booked another ticket so that I can travel so I have to booked another ticket. Not only from me there are third person who was confirming the e ticket. when he told that it is still in waiting. If my ticket was confirmed then I am asking to send me my confirm status but they are not interested to respond. pls. suggest..
