Irctc subh yatra railway card
Non-receiving of subh yatra log in id and password even after four months of getting the railway card

Dear Sir,

despite several requests, and even after four months of getting the irctc railway card, I have not received my subh yatra login id and password. It seems irctc is determined to anyway push through its credit card business clandestinely and is least committed towards providing the core facility of travel discounts by denying the customers the promised offer.

Hope, good sense prevails upon you.
