I was tried to reserve ticket online... in that process... my money was pay through andhra bank... but the reservation was failed... and that amount of money is not refunded in my account... this process is in IRCTC..railway reservation.

yeah here one thing in refund status it shown the money was refunded...

so wt shd i do???
