Refund Of E-Ticket

Dear Sir / Madam

I had booked an E-Ticket on 12th Nov. On the same day i have cancelled it. But i din't got the refund amount in my account. E-Ticket details are given below:

PNR NO: 8405118939

DOJ: 15-11-10

FROM CSTM TO THVM

TRNO: 0103

So when will I get the refund???
