Dear Sir / Madam,

I resigned this company which is service provider to ICICI Bank Ltd (I Soluation India Pvt Ltd) on 31 July & i submitted my resignation letter, NOC, exit interview letter & PF forms duly signed to one of the HR Executive, Delhi. This confirmation was again given by H R Executive and i have repeatedly follow upped with this HR, but no any proper response I am getting, till date it is not yet cleared. Please help me to get my PF amount. My Employee Id is 11440. And I had been worked in Udaipur, Rajasthan, and HR office was in Delhi.

pls suggest me appropriate solution for the same
