Dear Sir,

I resigned this company which is service provider to ICICI Bank Ltd on 01 Mar & i submitt my resignation letter. i submit my pf form to mr.sandeep thakur in main office delhi.i recived mail from delhi office that my form was reached there.after one month they confirmed on mail that my form submit in pf office mumbai.they conform the date 29 0ct.but i dont recive any amount of pf.i am from jaipur.
