I want to apply an new card

I forgot my atm pin num. how can i find the pin num. if my acc is an other place can i apply atm card in new anywhere in andrapradesh, present i am staying in hyd i have forgot my pin num, and my acc is in kothagudem branch, i cant go to that branch and apply for a new card.
