Non Delivery of Document

Sir,

I had sent a cheque to Allahabad on 24th june BLR23750066 till today 7th july it has not reached the addresee. They say the document is with the Allahabad office. Inspite of repeated phone calls by me and the addresee they have not delivered the document. Atleast they can return the document back to me in case they cannot find the addresee.
