J F Laboratories is a company based in Maharashtra. The management of the company has its office in a rental flat in a Charity Trust Building. The management of the company also have interest in the Charity Trust. After the Company incurred losses and shifted its office to the Charity Trust Building, it also filed vexatious litigations against several occupants and tenants of the Charity Trust Building where it has its office. The shareholders have been waiting anxiously since several years for the company to yield results and pay dividend.
