1/3 payment not received intime

Sir,

I hold a pension plan LIC policy No. 902410331 Br. No.911.It was due for payment on 13/01 . I have contacted branch several time not no finally they told on 2/01 you cheque ready we will send but I have not received same till date. Today I have contacted they informed that on 13/012010 send. They replied what I do for delayed.

You see in this matter and in future send any policy holder well in advance. My other benefit they have done or not.
