Sir/Madam

I have applied 400 shares of Coal India Ltd ipo vide application No. - 11046970

and Rs. 98000/- was debited from my bank account, but i have not been alloted any shares due to mistake of jm finance, as they fill the wrong demat a/c no., so kindly request to issue me required no. of shares as my funds are lying with your goodself, i have not received the refund till date.i have mailed them several times and have also given a complaint in sebi, but there is no response from any side. i have personally visited to sebi twice, but till date there is no response even from sebi, please advice me now where should i go to get justice.

Please do the needful at the earliest and oblidge.
